                 As an energetic, hard working, and family-oriented individual, Danielle has had the opportunity to work alongside her late father for nearly a decade to establish a rewarding real estate career while working as a dedicated RN for the past 15 years.  She has successfully developed and scaled her own rental portfolio and has a keen eye and understanding for the hidden potential that can be found within a multitude of properties. Danielle is ready to expand on her current knowledge and skill set in order to provide these services for homeowners and potential buyers alike to help them achieve their own personal real estate goals. About Danielle:

                 Danielle was born and raised right here in York County and is very familiar with local schools, municipalities, and other geographic characteristics that will be very helpful for clients when looking to buy or sell a property. She graduated from Dallastown Area High School her junior year in order to pursue a degree in nursing which she later achieved from York College in 2010. 

                 Over the years she has thoroughly enjoyed rehabbing dozens of properties whether it be for resell, personal use, or to provide a rental home for other families that are not interested in purchasing or owning their own home.

                 Danielle lives right here in York and has 3 children (Austin 17, Kendall 7, and Braxton 5.)
